当然，这不是Joseph Heller的原创，他妙笔生花，化解了莎士比亚的一句话，关于“伟大”。出自twelfth night：“some men are born great men; some men achieve greatness; and some men had greatness thrust upon them”。
大意是，有的人生来富贵，有的人是挣来的富贵，有的人是送上门的富贵。
